They help customers through difficult times by finding the right cremation urn or memorial product to hold the ashes of treasured loved ones. They have remained family-owned while being one of the top 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States, making the INC 500.
In the post-COVID period of 2024, Stardust Memorial’s revenue growth had stagnated, and they turned to us to help strategically consult and drive revenue higher.
Because of the sensitive nature of their industry, working with Stardust has been and continues to be a careful process of managing and resolving Google Ads and Google Merchant Centre limitations and issues. While proactively doing this, we also:
Improved account segmentation by dividing products into different Performance Max campaigns with varying ROAS targets based on product profitability.
