I started in traditional media buying, working with brands like 20th Century Fox and AOL. That gave me a foundation in how advertising actually works: budgets, targeting, and measuring what comes back.
When digital took over, I was already deep in it.
From there, I helped build two UK-based online advertising agencies from the ground up. I learned what it takes to run accounts at scale, manage client relationships, and deliver results consistently — not just in month one, but year after year.
I founded Big Flare because I wanted to focus entirely on what I do best: Google Ads for Ecommerce. Big Flare has been a remote company since day one, with a 7-person team across Europe and Asia.
